Frequently Asked Questions
Payments, Shipping, and Returns
- Q - How can I pay for my items?
A - I accept cash payments in person, PayPal balance transfers, credit card payments through PayPal, and personal cheques with valid ID and telephone number. Any items paid for with personal cheques will be held until the cheque clears, usually 7-10 business days. Address on cheque and ID must match. I do not take starter cheques. If paying by PayPal, please e-mail me first so I can send you an invoice with your total including shipping.
- Q - Can I put a down payment on an item and pay you the rest later?
A - Partial payments are only accepted for bulk orders of five custom pieces or more. 50% of the cost of a bulk order is due at ordering time to cover the cost of supplies, with the remaining balance plus shipping due before items ship.
- Q - Do you offer gift certificates?
A - Yes. Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Each certificate will have it's own unique code that will need to be e-mailed to me at the time the order is placed. Gift certificates are non-refundable and will expire one year after issue date. Gift certificates may not be used for shipping and handling fees. Gift certificate codes may not be used more than once. If there is a leftover balance, a new certificate will be issued.
- Q - Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
A - Yes. I will take 10% off your total bill, not including shipping, on custom orders of five pieces or more.
- Q - How much is shipping?
A - Shipping varies by weight of item. Most jewelry is $7 for shipping within the United States and shipping includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. I will recalculate shipping if you are ordering more than one item. Please contact me for international shipping rates.
- Q - Can I change my custom order?
A - I will wait 24 hours after a custom order is placed before ordering any supplies. Once supplies are ordered, you cannot change your order. Any custom orders cancelled or returned after 24 hours will be charged a supply fee based on the actual cost of ordered supplies.
- Q - Can I return a pre-made item?
A - Yes. Pre-made items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. Returns must be sent back in a padded envelope and I must receive the item before processing your refund. Delivery confirmation is not required, but suggested. Returns will be processed via PayPal only (valid e-mail required). Alternately, you may return your item and receive credit towards a different item.
- Q - My item broke. What do I do?
A - If you have all of the pieces, simply mail them to me in a padded envelope and I will be glad to repair your item for 25% of the original cost plus shipping. If you are missing pieces there will be an additional replacement fee.

Custom orders may be expedited for an additional fee and/or sent via Express Mail for an additional fee. International orders, please allow up to an additional month for shipping.
- Q - Can you make me x?
A - It depends on what you are looking for, but send me an email and give me specific details on what you want, and I will get back to you and let you know if I can do it, and give you a price quote.

A - Most items are available in custom colors, however some items are one of a kind and will be unavailable in other colors. Contact me before placing your order.
- Q - I like x, but it's too big/small. Can you make it my size?
A - Yes, most items are available as a custom order, pricing to be determined by size. If you would rather I shorten/lengthen an existing item, I will shorten your item for free, and give you the extra beads. If you need an item to be lengthened there will be an additional charged based on the price of the extra beads. Patterns are subject to slight altering based on re-sizing and bead availability.
- Q - Someone told me they got x from you, can you make me the same thing??
